October 30, 2014 at 6pm

Wilhelmina Johnson Resource Center 321 NW 10th St. Gainesville, Florida.

Come Join us for this enlightening and informative film about healthy and local food and ways you can improve your health by eating simple and more economically.
The underground documentary that became a massive grassroots success, FRESH is the embodiment of the good food movement.

FRESH began as a grassroots effort for a grassroots movement, and it’s been tremendously exciting to see the movie spread like wildfire. FRESH is a community of over 100,000 advocates for healthier, more sustainable food, a film that’s used all over the world as a platform to raise awareness and connect people to solutions in their community. But that’s not good enough.

The film will be followed by a tasty cooking demonstration by Diedre Houchen.

Fresh vegetables will be provided by Siembre Farms.
Our guest will also enjoy some great food provided by Reggae Shack.

Admissions to the event is $10 to $12. There are a few scholarships available.
